Bel-Ray 21020 Molylube Copper Tool Joint Compound, Grade NLGI 2 (1 Drum of 472 lbs) . Molylube copper tool joint compound, commonly known as molylube tool joint compound A-25, is a mineral oil based, aluminum complex grease formulated with extreme pressure and anti-wear additives, molybdenum disulfide (moly), graphite and copper for maximum drill pipe thread and collar protection. Molylube copper tool joint compound is also fortified with rust and corrosion inhibitors for added thread protection. Molylube copper tool joint compound is applied to drill pipe threads and collars at make up. It seals the connections, providing protection under the most severe of drilling conditions and ensures low break out torques. Grade NLGI 2, 1 drum of 472 lbs.
